WHAT IS HYALURONIDASE?

A naturally occurring enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid.

WHAT IS HYALURONIDASE USED FOR?

We use hyaluronidase to dissolve filler electively (such as if you don't like your filler anymore, you want to dissolve it and get new filler, your filler migrated, you have lumps or bumps, or any other reason) and in the case of suspected or actual vascular occlusion during or soon after fill injection. It is injected with needle or cannula and we can use numbing products to make the treatment more comfortable.

SHOULD I WAIT BETWEEN TREATMENTS?

Yes, after dissolving you should wait two weeks before refilling or getting any additional treatments.

IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULD KNOW?

You may be allergic to this product if you are allergic to bee or wasp stings! In elective situations we always perform a patch test first. In emergency situations, it is not necessary.
